Augur was tasked to delve deeply into and profile this audience in selected markets – Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Sweden – to explore their needs, dreams, sources of inspiration, and gardening-related frustrations.
We employed methods such as video diaries and in-home immersion sessions to truly understand our target audience in depth.
The insights from Augur’s analyses, enhanced by vivid imagery and revealing video clips of the target audience’s gardening experiences, have fueled inspiration and direction for Husqvarna’s product developers and design teams across various research sprints and ideation workshops. This dynamic collaboration has resulted in the birth of a new line of battery-powered products named Aspire.
