As a service designer at Augur you will lead our clients in developing their future customer experiences. You are driven by a customer-centric mindset and design-thinking, and you know your way around the entire service design toolbox. You also understand the importance of business relevance and get a kick from finding the sweet spot between customer needs and business value.
We want you to have documented experience as a service designer, either from an agency environment or in-house. Adjacent skills such as graphic design, UX or business design are of merit. We’ll consider applications from senior service designers as well as new stars with a few years of active work experience.
For us to consider your application we want to see that you:
- Have a university degree within a relevant field
- Are a good communicator, both verbally and in written text, in both Swedish and English
- Have solid analytical skills
- Are a great team-player
- Are self-motivated with a high work ethic
- Have an open mind and a can-do mentality
